Shipping Polices
We ship everything through U.P.S. Turn around time depends on the product (see product details) but is generally 2 weeks. Rush orders are sometimes available, please give us a call. Custom tailored gowns take between 6 and 8 weeks.

Why don't you offer a catalog?
Simply put... Costs! If you are reading this then you found us. We can provide you with up to the minute accurate information on all of our products with our web store. Why should we invade your mailbox with catalogs and fliers when all you want is the latest greatest products at a great price with fabulous customer service. We can do all of this without a catalog. If you do not feel comfortable ordering over the web you can always just give us a call! Please note that sample fabric swatches are available upon request.

Returns and Exchanges?

Savemore Products:

• No refunds are accepted on Savemore robes that have been taken out of their packaging.
• No refunds are accepted on Savemore stoles (since they are custom made for your order).
  
• If a size needs to be exchanged please return the item within 14 days with a copy of your invoice and indicate what size is needed for replacement (If a new size is needed immediately please return the gown and call us).
• If more than 15% of an order needs to be exchanged or returned a restocking fee of 20% will be added.

• Custom made gowns are not returnable unless there is a error in workmanship.

We are a small family business utilizing the internet to reach our customers. By keeping our overhead low we can pass the savings directly to our customers. We feel that by using today's technology we can remain competitive and give you outstanding personal service.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. We hate our email boxes filling up with junk email just like you do. We never give out or sell your information for any reason.

Cancellation Policy
We do not offer a cancellation of credit card purchases.
